Six people including three infants died when an inflatable boat capsized off Turkish coast

ISTANBUL – On Sunday, state-run Anadolu news agency reported that six individuals including three infants died when an inflatable boat carting 16 individuals overturned away the bank of western Turkey.

Nine individuals were saved by the drift protect medium-term, it stated, including that inquiry and save endeavors were proceeding for one missing individual after the occurrence off the beach front territory of Ayvalik.

It said that the watercraft was accepted to be in transit to Greece’s Lesbos island which is around 20 km (12 miles) far from the Turkish drift.

It should be noted that from January to July this year no less than 54 unpredictable vagrants died endeavoring to cross to Europe from Turkey, as per drift watch measurements.

As per a nearby official, Anadolu announced that the general population who were attempting to cross to the Greek island were Turkish residents and two of them are accepted to be illicit intersection coordinators.
