GENEVA – On Tuesday, an announcement said that The United Nations Special Envoy for Syria starts chats with Iran, Russia and Turkey in September to begin concluding the organization of the body proposed to draft another Syrian constitution.

It should be noted that Staffan de Mistura, going to two-day chats with the three powers in Russia, has gotten records from the Assad government and restriction on proposed possibility for the Constitutional Committee.

Additionally, the announcement also said: “The Special Envoy anticipates holding formal counsels (with the three nations) … early in September in Geneva, with a specific end goal to start to finish the sacred council.”
