




An Israeli settler has been stabbed and killed in a stabbing attack outside an illegal Israeli settlement in the occupied West Bank.
The attack carried out by a Palestinian , a 17-year-old male from the West Bank village of Yatta near the occupied territory named Khalil Jabarin, was shot at the scene Israeli security forces and is currently in moderate condition. Israeli Security forces are currently operating in the mall and around the area.
Israel’s Magen David Adom ambulance service said on its Twitter account the settler was a 30-year-old man with a stab wound to his upper body. He later died in a hospital.
A source close to the Jabarin family that he informed his parents that he planned on carrying out an attack at the Tomb of the Patriarchs in occupied territory . The family subsequently informed security forces though, they could not locate him in the tomb’s vicinity.
The Arim Mall is close to the Kfar Etzion settlement and other settlements in the Gush Etzion settlement bloc.
The incident is the second such incident to have occurred in the occupied West Bank over the past few months. In July, a 31-year-old Israeli settler was killedand several were wounded in a stabbing attack in Geva Binyamin after a Palestinian snuck into the settlement.
