Ronaldo finally scores first Serie A goals

MILAN (Reuters) – Cristiano Ronaldo scored his first goal for Juventus in his fourth game for the Turin side when he was on target in their Serie A match against Sassuolo on Sunday.

Max Allegri won’t be too worried because his side have won all three matches so far but Ronaldo will be desperate to get the monkey off his back.

Ronaldo turned the ball into the net from two metres to give Juventus a 1-0 lead in the 50th minute after a Sassuolo defender headed the ball against his own post and the rebound left the Portugal forward with an empty net. Cristiano add the second goal 2-0 after less than 10 minutes

Ronaldo joined Juventus from Real Madrid in July.
