ISTANBUL (Reuters) – Turkey will complete this year with a lower-than-targeted 15.9 percent inflation, Finance Minister Berat Albayrak said on Thursday, after inflation eased with the strengthening lira and government steps.

Turkey is conducting talks to issue samurai bonds, Albayrak said, to increase debt instrument diversity. Samurai bonds are yen-denominated bonds issued in Japan by non-Japanese entities.
